What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and password (stored hashed, never in plain text).

Order data: shipping address, recipient phone number, order contents and payment history.

Basic usage data for sales attribution, such as the referral link you arrived through.

Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through or rest on our servers. We store only the transaction identifier, the amount and the payment status.

Who we share it with

Manufacturers and couriers: the recipient's name, address and phone number, solely to deliver your order.

Our payment processor (Stripe), to take and reconcile payments.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Retention and your rights

Order records are retained as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling.

You can request a copy of your personal data, or its deletion, at info@kirana.express. Deletion cannot remove transaction records we are required to keep.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, country, language and referral attribution. These cookies are necessary for the store to work.
