Delivery times

Estimated delivery is about 21 days from payment confirmation — packing plus international transit. Recent US parcels have spent about 10 days in the mail after leaving the warehouse.

If we cannot fulfil an item we will tell you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is included in the displayed price unless a product page or the checkout says otherwise.

Duties and taxes

Pieces that leave a US warehouse are domestic and are not charged import duty. Pieces that ship from China follow US customs rules in force at the time. Shipping is included in the price you see.

Tracking and delays

A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is dispatched and is available on your account page.

Courier delays outside our control can happen. If a parcel has not arrived 21 days after dispatch, we reship it free of charge.
