Products

We sell fashion jewellery and accessories: earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets and anklets. Items are costume/fashion jewellery rather than certified precious metal, unless a product page says otherwise.

Product photography is supplied by our manufacturers. Colours and fine detail may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Prices and payment

Catalogue prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) for customers in Indonesia and in US Dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. Prices include standard shipping unless stated otherwise.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number on our servers.

If you pay in a currency other than your card's currency, your issuing bank may add a conversion fee outside our control.

Orders

An order is accepted once payment is received. We may refuse or cancel an order in the case of a pricing error, unavailable stock, or suspected fraud, in which case you are refunded in full.

Orders delivered within the United States are fulfilled by our partner. Most pieces ship from China, with estimated delivery of about 21 days from payment. The estimate is shown before you pay.

Store owner programme and commissions

Customers may become Kirana store owners and earn commission on referred sales. Commission is held for 30 days — the same length as the return window — and only becomes spendable once that window closes. It is reversed if the underlying order is refunded or charged back.

We may withhold or cancel commission arising from misleading claims, spam, or activity that breaches a third-party platform's rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
