Damaged, wrong or not as described

Contact us within 30 days of payment confirmation with photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, return shipping included.

Change of mind

You may request a return within 30 days of payment confirmation, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the seal is opened, unless the item is faulty.

After 30 days the sale is final and returns are no longer accepted.

Parcel never arrived

If your parcel has not arrived 21 days after dispatch, raise a claim from your account page and we will reship the order at no cost.

How to request one

Sign in, open the order and choose to request a return. You will get an RMA number and a return address. Put the RMA sheet in the box.

Once you enter the return tracking number, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers typically take 5–10 business days to show it.

Abuse

We may decline automatic return requests from accounts with a return rate far above normal. You can still contact us directly, and your rights in respect of faulty goods are unaffected.
